Ms.Rithika Murugan is a staunch believer that education creates new doorways to creativity, innovation and empowerment.

She received her Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology from M S Ramaiah Institute of Technology. Throughout her undergraduate studies, she participated in a variety of entrepreneurial initiatives and also enjoys freelancing in digital marketing. She took part in an international study group to learn more about the Reggio Emilia pedagogy to expand her wisdom on Early Childhood Education.

Rithika is trained in a variety of dance styles including Odissi and freestyle. She feels that creativity is the key to success after taking on various leadership responsibilities in college.

Her ambition is to be able to come up with ground-breaking concepts for the kids to fall in love with the process of learning.
